Just about a year ago, I had decided to look at some properties in Walton County, Florida. My wife of thirty seven years had died the previous year. I Google searched for realtors and decided on Cole Blair. Main reason was he was not with a huge corporate real estate company. I am a independent business person, and appreciate others that are of that persuasion. I hit the jackpot with Cole. I had some immediate health issues that I needed to take care of. He was very patient with me. He communicated with me about several properties. I actually decided on one and he did all the footwork, while I was in the hospital. Long story short is I did make the deal from my bed. A few weeks later, I met Cole, I looked at the property, and closed on it. I introduced some close friends to Cole and now they also have bought property with his assistance.
