Rosemary Beach real estate is some of the best but Rosemary is also host to the hottest, coolest, and warmest (in Winter) pool on 30A. The pool is just short of 25 meters making it perfect for lap swimming yet has a luxury feel with comfortable chairs around, huge plants, and a retractable roof. When it’s cold outside (rare), the pool is heated to a perfect 80 degrees. As a matter of fact, the goal is 80 degrees year-round. The pool has glass doors so lots of light is shining in and the retractable roof is closed during inclement weather while open in nice weather. Sitting next to the Rosemary Beach fitness center I find this the perfect “training” location for me although I’m sure you could call it training anymore. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I hit the pool for a workout then followed by a run through Inlet Beach and back to the boutique fitness center/weight room to finish it off. It’s perfect! The Inlet Beach run is about 30 minutes, with a few small hills and along the water most of the way. With Fall coming you just can’t beat this combination in 60-70-degree weather. It’s always nice to finish it off with coffee and a snack at Amavida Coffee Shop as well in downtown Rosemary Beach.
